Meaning of the Prayer Hymn:

 Whose philosophy is "consciousness", that only gets Eternity!
Through the self one attains determination;
Through knowing one attains Eternity!

 Notes:

1. pratibOdha - waking; vindate - gains;

2.  pratibOdhaviditaM matam
One whose philosophy is "consciousness"..
The earlier verses explained that "Supreme is neither fully known
nor unknown too! One who is deterministic does not know well enough"
Then the question comes, "What It is?" This verse provides the answer.
One who has opened the channel for guidance from the God,
and like a child who is secured in the arms of the mother rejoices
its experience through the journey, has no other pre-conceived notions
but freely flows with the Divine Guidance, that person attains only Eternity!

There is no karma there as there is no binding notions.
As the focus is on the experience there is no focus on self and hence no Anava.
That person walks liberated.

c.f. sarvam brahmopanishadam - Chandogya upanishad

3.  AtmanA vindatE vIryaM; vidyayA vindatE amRutam
Once the channel is opened and ready to start the journey
two things would be needed to sustain uninterrupted experience of the Bliss.
One has to be resolute to launch the self into the experience.
This determination has to be made only by the self. No one else can feed it.
Once launched one should be open for the experience.
(This experience is the vidya referred here and not the learning in the
usual sense.) That experience, where the individual is tuned to the consciousness of
God and is resolute to be not distracted by anything else,
there the experience is the Bliss!
