ஒளியும் இருளும் உலகும் அலர் கண்
தெளிவிலெனில் என் செய.    16

Meaning of the Prayer Song:

 If the eyes that screen the light, 
darkness and world cannot make sense of them,
what can be done?

 Notes: 

1. In the previous song, Umapathi Sivam talked about
the limitation of our intelligence. Here the limitation of
our instruments is talked about.

2. The eyes are the ports that screen the objects 
for the mind to read. However the eyes themselves
have no sense making capability. So are any other
instruments of the body.
