வேழம்பத்து ஐவர் வேண்டிற்று வேண்டிப்போய்
ஆழம் பற்றி வீழ்வார் பல ஆதர்கள்
கோழம்பத்து உறை கூத்தன் குரைகழல்
தாழும் பத்தர்கள் சாலச் சதுரரே.

Meaning of song:

Many morons fall into the pit in pursuit
of the desires of the cunning five (senses)!
The devotees who salute the roaring feet
of the Artist at thirukkOzambam 
are the real smart people!

Notes:
1. Instead of using the senses, we tend to
fall slave to them. That results in no satisfaction
though things look lucrative in the beginning.
The Bliss is for those who stand to rejoice
the Feet of Lord shiva.
