திருச்சிற்றம்பலம்

உடம்பினை முன்னம் இழுக்கு என்று இருந்தேன்
உடம்பினுக்கு உள்ளே உறுபொருள் கண்டேன்
உடம்புளே உத்தமன் கோயில்கொண்டான் என்று
உடம்பினை யான் இருந்து ஓம்புகின்றேனே.

Meaning:
Earlier I thought this is a filthy body.
I found the beneficial thing inside the body.
Realizing that the Supreme has taken abode in the body,
I am cherishing the body.

To the one who realizes, this is the vehicle 
that can move the soul from the three-fold
filth to the Eternal Bliss !
