The five do not let me focus

The mind is espousing to love You - Whom I, the slave, explore; (However) the five (senses) are not letting to focus in this created body. I am afraid of this illusion, oh the One residing at thiruvalivalam! Notes: 1. The instruments called senses instead of being used as instruments, when start to oppress the soul in their ways, the person stops sailing the river of senses and gets carried by its wild current to be thrown out precariously. So there is definite need to control them for the spiritual progress.
